New Razer Pro Click keeps freezing for days at a time?

Hi all, unfortunately not my first time here but I have a very strange issue with my new-ish Razer Pro Click where sometimes it will completely stop working, and no matter what buttons i press or what mode i switch it to, the little red light stays on inside but no other lights come on.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling synapse and all drivers in device manager, but no luck - it doesnt work with other systems too so it's definitely something inside the mouse messing up :(

the only way i've found to fix it so far is to just let the battery run dry so it can 'restart' in a sense, but this often takes days at a time

any ideas/secret restart combos for the mouse?
