No email receive about Razer Surround 7.1 Code

    I bought and registerd my Kraken V3 X USB to my id razer account like tutorial and have no email about Razer 7.1 Surrounr Sound Code.

    Once you register RAZER product to your RAZER ID, you will receive a 7.1 SS activation code to the email address you have registered within a week.

    If it has been more then a week, wait for one of the RAZER official support to be in contact with you through this thread.

    Prepare the followings~~~
    1. Name
    2. S/N
    3. P/N
    4. Proof of purchase (legal receipt)
    5. Email address &/or RAZER ID used for registering your RAZER product
