I have an RMA for a mouse that is being replaced. Razer has received my mouse and said they would ship mine out in 3 days. Thats was on 6/22/2020. I have emailed for status but no response, I cannot get through on the phone. Thats 12 business days not counting 7/3 as a possible holiday. If its going to be another week, if there us a issue. I can understand but the lack if communication is frustrating.
