No RMA email after more than 96 hours

Hello there,
I spoke with Razer Support when my mouse wire broke, and they agreed to send a replacement. Customer Support told me I have to wait between 24 to 48 hours to receive an email from the RMA, its been about 96 hours now and still nothing. What should I do? Contact Razer again, just wait, or something else?
