Not getting answers/updates for support request from Razer

Hello,
I've recently bought the razer blade 15 2021 (core 11th gen, rtx3070, 1440p panel 240Hz).
Long story short :
- I'm requesting a full refund - as allowed per french law - as I bought it on the french store
- Support commited to answer within 72h, which they didn't
- I've contacted @RazerSupport on Twitter to help, but the case didn't get updated whatsoever

For the details, a video is worth a thousand words :
There are heavy interferences between the WiFi antennas and the panel cable which are most likely physically routed in the same hinge. It shows with strong artifacts on the right side of the screen, multiple times per second. When transferring data, this occurs. It can be partially resolved by lowering the panel refresh rate at 60Hz (sad as this is a selling point of the laptop) or by lowering the wifi "Transmit Power" in the WiFi card drivers (to "3. Medium" or less). More worryingly, it also happens WiFi off when close to an active access point with heavy traffic.

Regardless of the fault, I'm requesting a refund as I don't want to be the guinea pig client to resolve hardware design issue, at this price tag (3100€). This is really too bad as this is a majestic laptop :/

Did anyone have such a bad experience with support? Is there any way to resolve such a case as normal ways don't work...
