One Earbud not working after I dropped it

I have a Razer Hammerhead true wireless earbud and one of the pair eventually stopped working after I dropped it. I've tried to charge it just in case I confused it for being dead battery. But I've noticed that the functions were working when I'm tapping/holding it it's just that it doesn't producing any sound. Please Is there any way that I can fix it ? I'm currently in Doha, Qatar and I bought the product from the Virgin store.

Hey there! Sorry to hear about your earbud's not working. Have you tried pairing it to a different computer or device if it's not working? By the way, Razer does not provide service/repair for peripherals. Please refer to Razer's limited warranty policy too. When did you buy the device? If it's within its warranty period, please contact your reseller since that is the quickest way to get a replacement. I’ll be locking this thread now.
