Overcharged for repairs and have been waiting 19days for a refund
Just making this post to hopeful bring some attention to the fact my refund has not been processed. I was overcharged for a repair (the repair was an issue within itself) after questioning the price I was told I could expect a refund within 3-5days, and that was 19days ago. Is this common practice? I understand it takes time but surely not 3 weeks.
