My system isn't premium by any means but it definitely see's very few crashes that aren't related to either failed overclocking or software related issues.

**All merely hypothesis at this point, obviously.**

Information I read online immediately points to background software being the catalyst to this specific crash in Black Ops Cold War. I recently purchased this game and only have several hours played thus far with no crashes. Period before crash I was running both MSI Afterburner & Gforce Experience with the occasional Win10 Game Mode + Win10 Refresh Rate optimization features, all with no crashing. Minutes after downloading Razer Synapse 3.0 ( Cortex not included ) my game crashed with the above mentioned error. I have avoided this software for my own reasons for quite sometime but because of the very real competitive curve and challenging DPS system in Black Ops Cold War, I felt this software would really help. So that's it guys. Based on those 1st observations I feel very positive that the game really, really, really didn't like Synapse 3.0 😛. I don't play league or tournaments and its no loss really if I can't use it but I just wanted to throw this info out there for anyone who might be experiencing similar issues with no resolution.
