Problem with Razer Kraken 7.1 v2

I've been meaning to seek help for this for a while now but never really got to do it, however now is that time. My headphones have some kind of a problem with adjusting the mic sensitivity in Razer synapse 2. I tried reinstalling the program but to no avail. Right now the sensitivity slider is literally at 0%, and where ever I put it the sensitivity stays the same. If there's any other info that you need me to provide I'm on my PC pretty often, so I'm confident that I'll reply quickly.
