Problem With software for Razer Mouse

when I open my razer naga mouse configurator it is saying no razer mouse connected and will close down. I bought the mouse second-hand works fine but the software I downloaded does not recognize the mouse for some reason when I try to configure the mouse for the first time on my pc. I am running Windows 10 64 bit
Can someone please help?

Hi there! Thanks for sharing your mouse and Razer Synapse concern on our Support board. What's your mouse model? What's your current Razer Synapse version? Have you tried connecting the mouse to a different USB port or computer? Does the issue persist while logging out and closing Razer Synapse? Please check if in case your computer's firewall or antivirus if it is blocking any Razer related software and immediately provide an exemption.
hello i have the razer DEATTHADDER.and ddont detect in my razer synapse,my Phones and keyboard are ok,i buy now the mouse and dont dettect,u can help,and i try all usb.thks
