Problems with brand new Electra v2

    First off - Things from the left I hear normally, things from the right I hear on the left and louder. Seen several people have such issues on win10 but nobody seems to have a good solution.
    Edit: I've had this issue on my last headphones too, starting quite recently. They're working well on my phone so this may be the PC's fault, but I don't see what could be wrong with the jack slot.

    Second - When enabling 7.1 surround sound, I hear nothing. Could be because I don't have the code for the advertised surround sound system unless I'm either hella blind or it's been hidden somewhere and the site doesn't talk about it, neither does the manual...

    Forgot to mention: my mic doesn't work and I have no idea what to do about this. Nothing explained on the site regarding the Electra works for me and I never had any mic problems before.
