Problems with the display on Razer Blade 2019 (RZ09-0301)

The display on my laptop has recently stopped working. I turn the computer on and the keyboard lights up but the display does not turn on nor does the red light for windows hello turn on. At first when I was experiencing display issues I was able to use an external monitor and windows hello was operational, but I tried to boot the computer and safe mode and my laptop did not output on the external monitor. This is also when the light for windows hello stopped functioning. Does anyone know a cause and/or fix for this problems?

If the laptop no longer outputs even with an external monitor, then there is a good chance we are dealing with a hardware issue. Do you mind sharing a short clip detailing the condition of the display? That way, I can get a better understanding of the severity of the problem. I'll also need the serial number of the laptop so I can check for other possible resolutions.
