Problems with THX USB Audio Controller.

Guys, I think my THX USB audio controller left me.
But before giving it up for dead and buried I wanted to ask if there is still any hope of reviving it.
First of all i have it with the Kraken TE and it worked flawlessly until last night when I turned off the computer.
Today when I turned the pc back on, however, I noticed that there was no sound , then I open synapse... the audio tab is totally gone.
Actually i also clicked on the buttons on it to check if the problem was hardware or software but it's the feedback that's what puzzles me.
I mean, it still made sounds from when you turned up the volume and I could hear it clearly and the mute button still have his red light... the only things was synapse can't detect it, and also i can't find it on my device manager...
im pretty confused, i don't really want to buy another one of these because they cost as much as the headset itself, but this is like those inessential things that once you try it you can't do without...
What i could do now?
