Good afternoon everyone, first of all greetings from Argentina, I contact you if you can assist me, I just finished building a new machine Mother: Asus ROG Maximus VIII Z370. I install Windows 10 version 1909 (the latest) but even probe with older versions of windows and directly the touchscreen does not work, as well as the youtube application does not work either out there I read in the forum that there is no longer support in applications keyboard. Another symptom that I verify is that I have the lancehead tournamente edition and it stops working directly when I install it, it even tries to change the usb (all behind the mother, NO HUB ANYTHING). I hope you can help me, contact other people who have the same keyboard that works in windows 10 and they tell me that it works perfectly. When installing the Synapse 2 update everything but directly stops the touchscreen from helping please. I see the icon in Sinaptics but I would think that there would be the error in the driver that installs Synapce 2. Delete it, reinstall WINDOWS EVERYTHING BUT WITHOUT ANY SOLUTION. PLEASE HELP

The modules in question are already outdated and no longer work with newer versions of Windows. There's not much that can be done to make them work again.
Mine works except my adaptive keys don't seem to work. One thing I have noticed is that when you first install Synapse the screen, etc won't show up until you click the apps tab and then click done. Then it works.
I mean that the touchscreen works but the apps of the keys do not work directly ??? Are you explaining that to me? because my touchscreen does not respond to me directly .... I see the synaptics driver installed, but it does not work !! and in which port do you use it?

Could you pass me the driver you use so I can test if I can make the touch switch work please?
I mean if you have another mouse, open up the Synapse program and click on the tab that says Apps. Then when the window pops up, click done. Make sure you have Synapse installed. Windows automatically will always have drivers for the touchpad. You could also try unplugging it and plugging it back in. Otherwise I think your touchpad might be dead if it's not functioning. That's all the guesses I have.
