Q key inconsistent presses

Hello everyone,
I just received a Huntsman V2 analog and was thrilled with the product until I noticed a certain issue. During a gaming session, I noticed the Q key was not always pressing when I wanted it to. I've tried every other key on the keyboard and everything else works except this pesky Q key. It was a struggle to just type the necessary Qs for this post. I checked in synapse and the software is detecting a significantly lower actuation for just the Q key. I've attached screenshots below that demonstrate this. Synapse also displays the reactive RGB regardless of whether or not it actually detects the Q input. So I'm thinking it's an issue that stems from a faulty switch and not synapse or the keycaps themselves.

Part of me is saying that it's not a huge deal, Q isn't the most used letter in the alphabet. But the gamer side of me who sees the Q key as an important control for shooters knows that fixing this key is important. Can anyone help me get started in fixing this issue? Do I need a new switch? Where do I start?

Same problem here. Just sent a Blackwidow v3 pro wireless back to Amazon for having the numpad #4 double striking. The replacement came today, no double striking but the switches are all uneven, with the "g" and "h" keys feeling mushing and not clicking at all. Very disappointing and that's it for Razer from myself. Will go back to Corsair. I have a workhorse K70 LUX since 2017, still working perfectly, all keys clicking evenly and impeccably. Too bad it's not wireless but at least it works and feels great!
