Questions Regarding Rewards

    Hi, I am also new here and I was wondering how I would prove that I have a razer mouse and keyboard. Those are two of the rewards that one can get, and they are synced up with razer synapse, but is there anything else I have to do because it shows they are not complete. Another thing is that I have completed my profile but it still hasn't rewarded me for that. Thanks for anyone kind enough to help.

    Someone on the official staff should be able to help you out. @Dekades was able to help me reconcile my missing rewards. Perhaps theyd be willing to help u out here. Good luck!
