R.Synapse 2.0 - Loud Sound Discord + Apex Legends - ManO'War

Hello, this has happened to me for a while, sometimes on Discord the sound just gets too loud with my headset Razer ManO'War, usually happens first time I connect, or like today when I reseted my ISP router because my Internet failed and on Discord reconnect I had the problem again.

Usually I fix it by turning off headphone or exiting Discord and re-entering, switch up servers, countless times until it fixes the sound, I've also switched Discord from 7.1 to 2.1 on the Synapse ManO'War mixer which it worked once, but now it doesn't even show up there and when it does it says 2.1 but it's still loud. My windows mixer also states that there is 2 Discord applications opened but when sound is being transmitted only one shows it.

This also happens on Apex Legends when I restart the game once or twice, the sound just gets so loud, this is awful.

My windows updates are update up to March, doing now the April cumulative updates, my synapse 2.0 is updated version 2.21, which doesn't get an update since November 2019 apparently, and Razer Synapse 3.0 Beta I used it once but it doesn't even have support for ManO'War. So I don't know what to do here, maybe buy another trademark headset with no issues.

Just don't know how this has been a issue for 2 months with no fixes, oh and btw this light green light on the razer forums is almost unreadable on the white background, it's awful as well.

I'm having the exact same issue. I was in back-and-forth with Razer support for a month and they concluded it was caused by "external factors" but assured me "it will be fixed it a future synapse update"? Seems like conflicting statements imo. The temporary fix is to completely uninstall Synapse 2, as I've had it uninstalled for the past 2 weeks and not had the issue whatsoever.

Hello, yea I contacted support as well, they had me do a login with a test account and try it out until the issue happened again but I never had the time to do so, I uninstalled it as well using Synapse 3 for my keyboard and mouse. But nevertheless, the Manowar headband broke again, so I'm getting myself a Logitech G Pro X when it comes back on stock, if it takes too long, I'm going with the Hyper X Cloud Alpha S.

After buying Manowar for more than 150 euros or something, don't remember how much I payed back then, and it breaking the headband twice, and discontinued support on Synapse 3.0, I'm not thinking of buying another razer product so soon.
Huh interesting, cause support didn't even mention account testing for me. It was basically just me uploading some log files they sent off to the tech team. Even then I only got a very vague reply as you can see.

I think I might make the switch away from Razer products too given the software issues I've had with them recently.
