Raptor - Blade 19 - TB3

Okay so I have been searching to no avail on this issue and not finding a solid answer.

People are saying that from the 2018 FAQ, the TB3 is not tied to the DGPU and that Gsync will not work using it (and maybe the DGPU wont work at all?).

So the Raptors custom cables means No MDP, and USB C is needed to connect anyway for Synapse, Gsync doesn't work over the HDMI either.

So what I want to know, is If I buy a Raptor, is Gsync going to work when I connect it to my Blade via the TB3 connection. Lots of folks saying it wont, some saying it will, no evidence either way though, so I am lost and confused and not trying to buy a 700 dollar paper weight. Which is what it will be, if I am forced into using USB C, and not getting Gsync, and or the DGPU at all.
