Razer 17 (2022) odd PSU problem

First time Razer owner and looking for some assistance!

When my Razer is turned off a period of time lets say overnight or for a few hours during the working day the PSU itself stops working.

The green light turns off and I have to physically unplug the PSU from the socket and plug it back on again and after doing this the green light turns on and all is good.

Laptop is plugged into the wall 24/7 and having to repeat this process is not good as it will never run from battery nor be taken off power.

I know the Razer laptops have a fail safe to prevent over charging could it be this which is telling the PSU to turn off after periods of inactivity or simply a faulty PSU?

Thanks for the help everyone.

personally my self never had this issue before, i use my blade and took off the battery and connect thru the wall 24/7 as well. when u notice that better to check with Costumer service before is too late. coz if its indeed PSU faulty it can cause more damage to your system
Contacted customer service over reddit and hopefully will hear back soon.

This is highly likely a hardware problem. I would love to help you forward your concern to our RMA Team so they can look into this. PM me the serial number of your laptop to help me validate its model specifications and start a case.
