Razer Atheris No Longer Able To Connect Bluetooth?

I've had my mouse for a while and when I first got it, the bluetooth capabilities worked. However, it seems my laptop can't seem to discover my mouse via bluetooth. I've noticed, however, that my iPhone's bluetooth can pick up the mouse. Is this a Windows 10 issue? I've updated drivers of the mouse and of my Bluetooth adapter. I feel like i'm at a dead end. Can anyone help me please?
