After switching the battery in my mouse, it stopped responding.
i checked if i put it in correctly, and everything was fine, razer synapse saw that it was connected to my device but no inputs make their way to my device, so clicking and moving the mouse doesn't work.

Is it not working on both wired and wireless connections? For now, let's reinstall your mouse driver by following the steps on this link. But if the problem persists, PM me the serial number of your mouse. I can verify its model and look into other possible solutions with the help of it.
