Razer Blackshark Greyed out / hangs

Hello Friends,

since yesterday my BlackShark V2 Pro ( maybe 3 weeks old ) suddenly had an issue with the right speaker, the left one is like 4 dB louder and when i try to wirelessly use it, synapse will pick it up but the circle just swings around and hangs like in the screenshot.

I already have made a clean install with any guide on reddit for synapse, and used it on another pc.
3,5" works fine but this defeats the purpose of a wireless headset...

Anyone has any idea?

Same thing started happening to my mouse. You ever find a fix for this?

The cause for that to happen is due to the connection between dongle and headset. There are few possibilities for this to happen, either too far away, faulty USB Port, dont use USB Hub, and last thing try use the highest bandwidth of ur USB port for ur dongle.
I have this same exact issue on my Naga Pro (half loads and freezes during the loading process into synapse). Doesn't matter what port I plug it into (direct to pc) it happens every time. Doesn't matter if I'm using it wireless or wired (so the advice Mr.Nobody doesn't seem to pertain to this issue). It started after this last update to Synapse. Has anyone found a fix to this?

I believe I've had some success fixing the issue. I had to unplug all of my razer peripherals (keyboard, mouse, tartarus, wireless dock) and then plug them in one at a time individually with nothing else connected. I finally got to the wireless charging dock and when it was plugged in by itself it suddenly updated the drivers. Once the drivers for the wireless charging dock updated all the devices started showing and loading correctly. It's odd since I even tested the naga when it was NOT plugged into the dock and it still wouldn't load. It appears that maybe something with the wireless charging dock was blocking the drivers for the naga getting loaded.
