Razer Blackshark v2 (Headset) - Soundlevel differs on both sides

Hey, I recently bought the Razer Blackshark v2 headset.
When I use it now, the volume on the left side is louder than on the right.
It's not extremely strong, but it's noticeable enough to be annoying.

I searched for this issue, specifically with the Razer Blackshark v2, and found multiple forum threads on different websites mentioning the same issue with the headset.

So I tried it with and without the included soundcard, the Razer sound software, and the THX Surround driver. The headset was louder on the left side in all testing. I also tried the headset on my phone and three different PCs, all of which had the same issue. Yes my headset was plugged in correctly, I had my old razer kraken headset for comparison which works great instead.

Now I'm left wondering how this product was released for sale at all if it has such a noticeable sound flaw.

Sure there is this "easy" fix to go to the hardware & sound options, changing the balance of both sides.
For me it works with 87 left and 100 right but that resets everytime I replug the headset or restart my PC which becomes more annoying everytime.

I doubt sending the headset back and having it replaced would help me because I don't want another Blackshark v2 to have the same issue.
