I have recently been given a Razer BlackShark V2 Pro that does not work, however I am quite informed in repair and electrical components. I haven't found any information online regarding the disassembly of the headset, so I was wondering if any forum members have found any success disassembling it.

It's good to know that you are familiar with repairing an electrical unit/component. However, Razer does not encourage dismantling the headset as it can potentially harm the headset and void the warranty. If the headset is within warranty and bought from Razer Store, please utilize it by requesting a replacement. If purchased from a local reseller outside the US, please contact the store and request an exchange.
