Good day, I have problems with Razer Blackshark V2 Pro the fact that sometimes the connection of the receiver is lost and (or) the headset is lost for 1 second, and I have already tried updating the device firmware, disconnecting and switching to the front panel, completely disconnecting all wireless modules, including bluetooth , reinstalling Windows 10 Pro, but still no result, should I contact the local service center? If yes, then I bought I bought it in DNS and I can only to them, there is a purchase receipt if I need to attach it.

In general, I solved the problem or found a temporary solution, put the adapter into the usb socket Blackwidow v2 chroma, so far the problem has been solved, but it is also possible that the problem is in my B550 chipset and I need to wait for BIOS and chipset updates.
