Razer BlackShark V2 Pro Random Disconnects & Beeping

For the past month or two, I've been having issues with my headset randomly disconnecting and beeping which has become quite an annoyance. I followed all the troubleshooting steps provided including closing synapse 3 completely, updating firmware, switching USB ports, uninstalling drivers, and pretty much everything else I could find so far. I even got a Base Station V2 to possibly help with providing an isolated USB port for the headset's dongle and that didn't work either. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Did you get a chance to connect the headset to a different PC to check if it yields the same issue? For now, please PM me the serial number device along with a copy of your proof of purchase. I can use those to verify its warranty status and check if there's a model-specific fix for this problem.
