RAZER BLACKSHARK V2 PRO - SIDETONE

I just purchased this headset from Amazon and so far it has proven to be a great headset with top-tier audio quality. However, I cannot seem to get the Sidetone to work the way it is supposed to. It is turned on but either the sidetone is extremely quiet (almost inaudible) or not working at all. I've tried changing all the different settings in the Synapse 3 application and power cycling/restarting my pc. Any suggestions?

Is this happening right out of the box or after installing the latest Synapse update? Either way, please send me the serial number of your headset and screenshots of your mic settings on Windows and Synapse. For now, I highly recommend that you perform a clean installation of the app and device drivers by following this guide.
