Razer BlackShark V2 Pro Wireless Sound issue?

I have this weird issue where my headphones are crackling at 100% volume on my PC.

No matter what volume I have my headphones at (currently 40%), some sounds that're bass heavy or distorted from memes will make my headphones crackle when I have my Windows volume on the PC at 100%.

If I tune down the volume of the specific media to 95% or so.. the crackling stops.. I can even crank up my headphones to maximum and still there's no crackling.

If I go back to 100%, I can have my headphones down to 30% volume and still hear crackling.

This issue only happens if I use the headset in Wireless mode.

In Wire mode, this problem doesn't exist, and audio reproduction in general sounds superior.. which makes me think this is mostly a driver issue with Razer.

Test sound linked above. Warning it is loud. Turn volume down first.

Please if you test this, and do not hear any crackling, please post down below.. that way I'll then surmise that it's my headset being faulty.. and can try get it swapped.

bro i have the same issue
Go to Razer Synapse, then click the Blacksharks and go into "Enhancements" make the profile default. Then do a test and see if you hear the cracking.
