Razer Blackshark V2 + USB soundcard Discord problem

Hello.

I've never had this issue so I don't know what to do. I recently bought this product and I'm having trouble with it on discord.
Sound, mic, everything works perfectly (youtube, movies, games...) and even on discord IF i'm not playing anything. As soon as I start a game (dota2 in my case) I lose sound and voice from discord channel I'm in. If i tab back into discord, leave and reconnect to channel i get voice and sound back but as soon as i tab back into game i lose it again.

When i disconnected USB soundcard and used only 3.5mm jack then i had sound normally in game while using discord, but the problem with that is that there's only 1 3.5mm jack so if i use it like that, I can't use my mic.
In any case, that pintpointed me that the problem is with soundcard. It's not defective, since it normally works fine, but when i start a game something becomes a problem.

All the settings in discord and windows are set well, as it all works fine, until i start a game. I'm honestly losing my mind and getting razer support is very difficult. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
