Razer Blackwidow Chroma lighting turns off after playing TERA

I have had my Blackwidow Chroma keyboard for 6 years now and I have played tons of games with it. However, after picking TERA back up lately, I noticed my keyboard lighting turns completely off after closing the game and the only way to fix it is to unplug it or restart my computer. Everything is set to bright in Razer Synapse and I can't seem to find a setting that would explain such behavior.
