- Trying multiple usb ports in the back of my pc. (both cables are connected)
- Disabling Synapse 3.
- Doing a clean Reinstall of synapse 3.
- Reinstalling/updating all usb controller and root hub drivers.
- Turning off "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power."
- Disabling "USB selective suspend setting" from powersettings (witch worked for about 2 months).
- Running "sfc /scannow" and "chkdsk /f" in the command prompt.
- Running msdt.exe -id DeviceDiagnostic. (hardware troubleshooter)
- Running keyboard troubleshooter.
At the moment the keyboard is connected to my pc and has not come to life, since i plugged it in after leaving it disconnected overnight, the keyboard worked for about 5 minutes until turning off
and when i check device manager it says:
"Currently, this hardware device is not connected to the computer. (Code 45)
To fix this problem, reconnect this hardware device to the computer."
The keyboard does not seem to work on other computers.
Is the keyboard still possible to save or is it just junk at this point?
