Razer Blackwidow Lite - Gaming Mode help!

I can't figure out how to turn on Gaming Mode with my R Blackwidow Lite. I'm checking solutions online but nothing really explains but it says on it's master guide that R Blackwidow Lite has Gaming Mode features. Anyone encounters this problem? Please help, it's screwing my game up, hitting windows key and such. Been seriously frustrated with the synapse as it doesn't show anything in terms of gaming mode, can't even remapped the windows key.

Hi there! The Blackwidow Lite does not have the Gaming Mode feature. Can you share a photo or screenshot of the guide that says so?

Hello, I guess I made a mistake. I thought it was on the razer official master guide for the keyboard turns out I'm wrong maybe I mixed it up with all the article I read from trying to troubleshoot the issue. However would there be any way to disable the windows key for it? because if not, I'll probably have to return and get a refund. Thank you very much appreciated.

Thanks for the reply. There isn't a way to disable the Windows key as it cannot be remapped in Synapse. Let me know if you need more help.
