So I put my laptop away in my backpack after a session of work, and just pulled it out and now the display won't turn on. LEDs say it is getting power, and even functional keys work to increase keyboard lighting, but nothing on the display. Fans work as well. Any fixes? I have warranties and such, but to be honest for the amount I paid for the laptop, I don't believe this should be happening....

I have the same problem. Brand new blade 17 3070 and started operating (not really, just started it up) friday, 2 days ago and this morning while i was doing something and just left it to check some things on my phone, it black screened etc like many seem to have that issue at least since may! Razer Blade Pro 17” (2019) displays a blank or black screen even when the lighting on the keyboard is turned on thats razers help but being an issue since may, is not something to be ignored for someone that payed that much for a laptop. Plus, the directions are half written. I am telling u im having a black screen, and u are giving me guidance for using an external monitor. But no directions for hwo to do things in BIOS or go in there. Not everyone knows. Im one of them... And I found out how in the end but partly. So I still havent change what the instructions are saying caz the roll back driver is grey even after the system recovery.. so what am i supposed to do here now.. why isnt there any support during the weekend.. its a 3 day laptop and im trying to use it for graphic design... should i return it? i cant work with that if nvidia isnt working! and u dont seem to know when u will fix it either. Neither u say anything to the people that will buy it.. I mean this buy has gone through waves... First order was returned from DHL. Second order arrived and the 3rd day got me black screen. This is my first razer product from u caz u are suppose to be the best. And I must admit ur support service is excellent but leave one or two ppl behind to work some more hours in the chat support please. And please fix this issue. I'd rather not reurn the laptop but if it wont solve i need to buy another one that works.
