Hey guys running into an with a clean install on new Razer. Put two new hard drives in and being stupid wiped the old drive before I got a good I stall on the new ones. Windows 10 keeps giving me a media driver issue. Have tried unplugging the usb and putting it in a new slot as well as downloaded all the drivers available on Razers support site. Razer has already sent me a boot disk that does nothing l, won’t even pull up the installer or let me access the BIOS. Total system freeze. Nothing from intel seems to be compatible with my device and short of sending it in and waiting three weeks I’ve run out of ideas. $1800 paperweight at the moment so any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Go through the installation steps until the error message pops up then try this:

1. Click cancel when it asks for a driver.
2. Unplug the USB drive then plug it into another port.
3. Click Install Now.

I don't how or why it works but it works for a number of people that experienced the same issue.
