Hi,
I've just purchased a Razer Blade 15 Advanced (Mid 2019) and could not be happier with it except for one thing. The volume level of my headset (3.5mm) and inbuilt (external) microphone is extremely low; to a point where I can't be understood. I've tried multiple headset, checking every setting, ensured the audio driver is up to date, reinstalled the driver, ensured Windows/BIOS/Firmware is up to date. I have had no luck.
My thoughts are an issue with the Realtek driver. I have read elsewhere that other people have experienced this and have resorted to using the generic Windows audio driver to get things working to an extent.
Is this a known issue? Has anyone else had a similar experience?

Update: I found the search function on this forum.
If anyone is having the same issue as me, this seems to have resolved it for me. Volume is a fair bit higher
