Razer Blade 15 advanced mid 2019 Hashtag key won't turn on after Synapse update German Keyboard.

Ok so after most recent Synapse update my studio app will no longer change the light of the # key on blade 15 advanced work in quick effects and visualizer Like i get that razer usa layout is the prioraty number 1 but damm this ruinned my set up big time now i have to wait for update to fix the issue.. I mean it used to work so well on last update of synapse and now it no longer does.. And i can't just roll back to old version because auto update is cancer.. Really frustrated with this like why would you break stuff that alreaddy works studio app !

Why would you break Chroma studio for german keyboard layout ?

The same issue but with hashtag key # it seems to be not a new thing !
Exact same issue with the same key (the key next the bottom of enter key), please respond with a solution Razer this is starting to get really frustrating

The support told me they can't replicate the issue, I guees e then YouTube would be then. Razer Support not wantining to fix the issue and looking how not to do the work...

New Update did not fix the issue at all..
Same issue here. Similar thing happened a year or so with one of the alt keys. It went on for weeks until Razer admitted the fault was with Synapse software. I can not light up the Hashtag key on my UK keyboard since the last update.

I thought updates were meant to make things work better! The only difference I can see is they had disabled the lighting on the hashtag key... doesn't seem worth the effort!!!

It was very very very very hard to get Razer to acknowledge that it could be an issue to do with their update.

Damm it seems like they are used to do nothing to fix an ongoing issue. I did warn them if they keep playing stupid, I would make a video about this.. Cause you are not the first person to say the same to me..

Yep getting them to do something is very hard.. Some of the support does not even know the issue you have to explain it to them over and over and they look only how to blame you not their software and say stuff like well it might be your fault, Then you have to explain that you can't simply downgrade synapse because of the automatic update and cloud based bs...

I just had an email for my case too asking if everything was ok now!

I don't think this is actually an important issue for Razer.

Shame because they have quite a loyal customer base.

Yep it feels bad because they updated synapse twice and both times did not fix the issue honestly people should ask for a replacement device being an model after because we did not pay for device so we don't get to enjoy it or use as promised by RAZER..

Well no progress with RAZER Support.. Can't even get them to respond anymore.. Honestly Cancer company Never Buying anything from them again...

Yep. I feel for you man they released update today being 18.04.2021 at the time but that update still did not fix the problem. Honestly it's been two months now that Razer support has been wasting my time. They did promise that they would fix the problem with update by the end of the month but seeing now will probably not happen best we can do is complain and make tickets until their irresponsible dev team actually starts doing their job and fix problems they created rather then waste time explaining how they did not replicate the issue considering everyone with German and UK models have this exact same issue...
Yeh, terrible terrible service. Mine only started about a week ago. I'm a dev myself and I honestly don't understand how they get away with this rubbish
