Razer Blade 15 Advanced Model Freezing

I've been on vacation for the last couple of weeks and have barely used my laptop.
I got back to work and start doing some video editing and if Adobe Premiere is open for too long my whole laptop freezes. The display stays the same but the mouse is just frozen and nothing happens.
I've also noticed it do this on Photoshop as well. I have not tried gaming on it yet.
I did reset it back to factory with a complete wipe, made sure the drivers are all updated, and taken it to the Windows store to have them check it out.
Razer support wants me to send it back for repairs which means I'll be a week without my laptop which I use everyday for work. I just thought I would see if you guys have any other ideas as to what could be happening?
