Hi my Name is Simon, i come from Germany.

I bought my Razer Blade 15 Base Modell last year in december. Yesterday after i started it, it just cut off and went into a Blackscreen (no Fans on at this time). Okay that may Happen one time. But since then only the Fans and the keyboard turns on, no Image on the display. Im an IT Technician so i just wanted to ask did that happend to someone else too ? My device is still in warranty can i open it without getting into the danger of loseing my warranty ? How does Razer solve such problems ? There are no spare parts on the market yet. Im almost sure the Mainboard died. The monitor is not even showing the razer Logo. I emptyed the notebookbattery and again ... still same error.

Hope someone could give me some answers. My opened case still has Not been viewed by razer

Have you tried plugging in an external monitor yet? There have been cases where a GPU driver rollback solved similar issues.

Yes, you can open your laptop. But any damage to the hardware will not be covered by the warranty. This is from our Limited Warranty Policy.
