Razer Blade 15 Base Model (RTX 2070) Mercury White strange behavior on system boot. Boot Loop

Hi. I have a very strange problem that is not regular is only when the laptop is turn off for a long period.
When laptop is off for some time and i try to turn it on it goes in 5 cycles of restart.
Screen is fully black. Keyboard lighting turns on and off. The razer logo appears in the screen then the turns off again.
After 5 cycles it loads windows 10 like everything is fine.

Hi there! Thanks for posting your Razer Blade15's concern here. Does the issue happen while it is connected to an external monitor? Please perform the following:

1. Install the latest system updates, by running Windows Update.
2. Boot the computer in Safe Mode.
3. While in Safe Mode, uninstall NVIDIA GPU drivers and other NVIDIA-related software from Apps and Features:



4. Restart the computer back to normal mode and observe.

the problem happen when the laptop is connected and if is not connected ass well, i perform the steps that you describe but the problem persist. I dont now what to do because in my country razer dont have support. And the problem is only when the laptop is off for a extend period. when i restart the latop everything is fine and if is turn off and turn on immediately is all fine. if you can help me with another recomendation i will be grateful

Thanks for letting me know. If you have a way to save your files, please initiate now and proceed with reverting the laptop's operating system to its factory state and see if it helps.

I have read the same problem in forums and they describe that it is a problem with the cmos battery of the bios. I realized that when generating a change in the bios and saving it after turning the laptop off and on again the changes have not been saved. So it should be cmos battery problem.

Hello. I contacted razer support, but I have not had a solution to my problem. I have described what happens with the laptop, which is since I bought it. The problem is that I bought it through Amazon and I am from Chile. razer support says they don't have support in this region, which obviously doesn't help me. I need you to guide me in solving the problem remotely, or if it may indeed be the problem with the cmos battery. Obviously the problem is factory and razer has admitted it through the chat. Currently the problem persists and the laptop is not even two months old since I bought it, so it is within the warranty period. please I need help.

Hi there, my razer blade 15 has the exact same issue and I have tried reverting it back to factory state but nothing changes. Bought it a while ago and I believe it's passed the warranty. Is there a fix to it? Any kind of help would be much appreciated.
