Razer Blade 15 Base rz09 03009 Random Shutdown

Hello, I purchased this laptop at a department store a few years ago. Neither the store or Razer Support were able to replace or fix the laptop even though I had it under warranty. I asked them to load up a game or something but every time I shipped it in they just ran their diagnostics and said it was fine, twice.
The battery swelled after getting it and I now only use it on the adapter.
Since the first day the computer randomly shuts down or the screen will freeze until a hard restart.
Every single game except for Minecraft and browser games will crash the laptop every single time within a few minutes if not at launch. I've tried everything I can with this machine, reimaging, user suggestions from forums on Nvidia settings, etc. I have hwInfo but not seeing anything spectacular happening around the time it crashes. No windows events. I have no clue what to do. Essentially paid $1300 for a gaming laptop I've never been able to game on, anybody else experience or fix this?
