Razer Blade 15 issues

    Dear Team,

    I just bought Razer Blade 15 GTX 1070 on 12/5/2019 from Scorptec Australia.
    I have been having three issues with this laptop and so unhappy about it.

    1) Whenever I open the laptop and rest my wrist on the keyboard to type it starts to become unstable and wobbly. But it's stable when it's closed which is annoying.

    2) Audio jack problem. I have to restart every time when I plugged it in just so that it will work.

    3) I have been trying to contact the support through email in the website 3 times. No replies whatsoever.

    I have talked to the reseller and they asked me to go through Razer support first.

    Due to this, I am so unhappy with the laptop consider the amount of money I spent into it.

    Lastly, which may not be relevant as much, I thought this laptop that I bought the GTX 1070 was with windows hello, which is a bummer. I wish I can refund and buy the RTX 2060 version.

    I honestly think you could've gotten a replacement with just problem #1 from the reseller as soon as you noticed the wobbling. I'd try to troubleshoot the other issues but because there is a physical defect, I think it's better that we just start a repair ticket. Please send me a PM so we can get that rolling.
