Razer blade 17 2022 not PD charging

The RB 17 2022 (RZ09-0423) cannot be charged through USB-C. I have already checked the version of BIOS, EU, and intel drivers, all the newest. I used a USB tester to test the charging condition. The voltage is ~20V but the current is only 0.6A, which means I can only get ~10W through USB-C charging so the battery keeps losing power. The charger output can reach 20V@5A and the cable is E-marked. One representative helps me go through all the standard procedures and ask me to refer to the support page but it's not helpful. Does anyone know how to deal with the USB-C charging issue?
