When i first got this laptop it was running windows 10 and everything worked fine. I went to upgrade to Windows 11, and notice that even though the system recognized my graphics card, i notice in games and apps it wasn't using the dedicated graphics.
I did a fresh install of Windows 10 hoping that would solve the issue - installed the Synapse app, and Nvidia drivers and its now the same issue in Windows 10 - my apps aren't recognizing the dedicated video card and its like working under water (I work in BIM 3D modeling).
I've contacted support and they sent me some factory restore options I couldn't get to work. They now want me to send the system in, but I need this system for my daily driver. Does anyone know what I might try?
Thanks!
