RAZER BLADE ADVANCED MODEL 2019 BLACK SCREEN
I tried all recommendations on your site but apparently it didnt work, the black screen is still there but the keyboard and all other functions are still intact. At first it was just flickering until there was only black screen. I tried plugging it on an external monitor and it works just fine but the black screen from my laptop is still there. I tried repairing it and the technician said there is something wrong on the motherboard. Apparently a "chip set" is damaged or something. Why is razer so expensive yet so easy to break. Now i cant use my laptop for work. It sucks. I want a refund for a very expensive yet UNRELIABLE device.

If “chip set“ (CPU, GPU, RAM) are damaged it most probably won’t run. Black screen if not driver issues it’s display cable connection issue (if the system on), try open it and reslot it gently (the thicker cable that runs above RAM. Hope that will address the issue.
