Razer Blade Pro 17 - Fan Crackling Sound

Hi, so I recently purchased the Razer Blade Pro 17 (2020). Everything on it works great, however, I occasionally hear a strange crackle/static-y type sound. At first I assumed it was from the speakers, as thats where it seems the sound comes from...but I think it might be something with the fans? It mostly makes the noise when i start up the laptop, start a game, or do anything that needs the fans to pick up some speed. It has been doing this straight out the box, nothing has been inserted into the fans/fan covers at the back, i made sure to be grounded whenever i inspected underneath the laptop, I have never set my laptop down on fabric material such as carpet or anything.

This is actually the 2nd laptop that has done this...this currently is a replacement for a Razer Blade Pro 17 that i returned to the store for the exact same reason.
