Razer Blade Stealth 2020 - Bluetooth Audio Issues


Hi,

i just bought the new 120Hz version of the Blade Stealth 13".

While tyring out the audio, I noticed that when using bluetooth headphones, the audio was cutting very intermittently, like every other second the audio would lower and distort before going back to normal.

Was wondering if this happened to anyone else and if you know a solution?

Hey there! Thanks for posting your concern here. Does the issue happen while it is on speaker or when a 3.5 mm headset is connected? Have you tried using a different Bluetooth headset as well? Also, does the issue happens to all programs and audio media files?
Happens to me too, with my AirPods Pro on a 2020 Blade 15 Advanced. All programs, only happens when connected via Bluetooth, speakers and hard wire do not exhibit the issue.

Watching a YouTube video in Chrome will reproduce the issue.

Is there a fix for this problem? I also get the same issue. I use my air pods via bluetooth and it is often jumpy and regularly disconnects.
I am experiencing the same issue. My power beats pro keep cutting out randomly, not disconnecting completely but rather losing sound, and the connection is pretty weak too. I have sent the item to Razer for repair but it came back the same.
I'm having a similar issue as well but with my Bluetooth mouse. Tried a couple mice and still had the same issue.

Hey everyone! Please ensure that your laptop is updated from Windows and Razer Synapse updates. In Device Manager, select Bluetooth, and then select the Bluetooth adapter name, which may include the word “radio.” Right-click the Bluetooth adapter, and then select Update driver > Search automatically for updated driver software. Let me know if it helps.
