Hello,

Purchased a Razer Book 13 this week, and getting Bsod's randomly. It doesn't matter, if there is heavy load on the Device. Last one happend today on loging in with Windows Hello. Screen freezed, and Bsod happend. Cant read the Text on the Bsod, because it only shows for 1 second.

Already updated the system to Windows 11 and installed all the driver Updates from the Razer site wich are recommended (except the Bios Update, because it didn't worked...).

Is anyone having the same troubles?

Received my Razer Book 13 yesterday, and experiencing the same issues. I updated all the intel drivers but that didn't resolve it. Hope this gets resolved soon with an update, otherwise, I'll be sending my first Razer laptop back.
Update: Windows Reliability Monitor identified several critical events. Most of them pointing to hardware errors, and a few related to the THX Spatial Audio software. Using WinDBG I analyzed the dump files for the hardware errors and they ALL point to the Intel Iris XE Integrated driver (igdkmdn64.sys). I was running the latest version, but rolled back to older version using Device Manager. That did not resolve the issue.

I opened a support case with Razer. Will give them 48 hrs to resolve the issue or will return the laptop.
