RAZER Book 13 BSOD

    After 2 months of use, I am still having major BSOD issues with the Razer Book 13.

    Yesterday, I had 7 BSODs alone. Usually when the machine is woken from Sleep.

    I have upgraded all of the drivers from Intel as I understand there's major issues with the Iris XE Graphics, the only part I changed was the SSD to Samsung 980 Pro 2TB.

    There is absolutely no problem with the machine when running from a fresh clean boot only when it's woken from sleep. I now feel I need to return the machine as its not fit for purpose, I cant do any critical work from the machine without fear of it crashing.

    I have a Blade Stealth 13 that exhibits none of these problems

    Were there any changes made to your system before the issue (hardware or software upgrades)? Let's isolate the problem by checking this video on how to fix a BSOD error. Let me know if it helps. Feel free to send me a PM should you need additional assistance.
