I bought a Razer Naga Trinity back on 6/22/2020. I wanted to get the extended protection as I've had bad luck with 2 prior Razer Naga Trinitys (both with the left/right ghost click issues) and had to RMA the first one.
I sent in a ticket in on the 22nd as when I entered the SN for the mouse on the Warranty check, it kept saying the SN wasn't found in the system. I also uploaded the receipt showing that I bought it from an authorized reseller (Microcenter) and on the 22nd along with the mouse SN. I tried the SN on the warranty check page for a few more days after with no luck.
I tried calling Razer Support today, no luck and the Chat system seems to just be in the "auto mode" with no way to contact an actual person.
I would like to buy the extended protection. I am now over the 15 day period that Razer gives but I feel that I should still be allowed to purchase the protection as this isn't a "me" issue but a Razer issue.
Also, there has still been no response to the ticket I placed on 6-22 (case# 200622-001047)
Any suggestions, help? I don't know if actual Razer employees check these forums...
