I've been looking for the same product. Even found a broken webpage for it in Razer's EU store (link). Wondering whether they've been having issues and decided to pull it.
They pulled it for sure, had it in my cart and when you click it returns 404 page not found and then deleted itself from my cart....same for the wireless phone charger I noticed....
Damn, that's frustrating AF. Particularly when there are articles on the controller floating about from only just a week and a half ago. MSI Mystic Light is very average and this looked a lot more promising. Will have to wait and see if it eventually turns up again.
I bought it I think the day it was announced, 22 October 2020, off of the Razer store. Only have 1 RGB component yet, Phanteks Neon RGB strips and the controller seems to work well.

But I am having issues with it recognizing RGB components if they are plugged a certain way. The strip came with a male and female (I think proprietary) splitter to 3 pin ARGB connector, the 3 pin obviously goes in the controller, but Razer only recognizes when a device is plugged into the female proprietary end, not the male. Both strips work and can be detected properly, already returned once because I thought it might be an issue with the splitter or RGB strip as one bulb was out but seems to be the controller. Hopefully that is just a software issue that will be resolved shortly.

Other than that, it is quite a thicc boi. It doesn't fit on the back of my case (Meshify C) in an SSD slot because it too thick. I can barely squeeze it on the back of the case, not on top of the 2.5 ssd mounts, but only because the metal side panel gives a little and I'm mounting in the middle of the 2 screws. Not obvious externally but really should have been thinner. Also the USB data cable and the molex power adapter are quite chunky as well. You need quite some clearance away from those two ports to have room for the cables. Also wish it came with a sata power adapter instead/in addition to the molex one so I didn't have to run another PSU cable for it. Depending on the setup, that could be either way.
I imagine this will be announced/be more available around the live event Razer has planned for Nov 5th

I hope so I keep forgetting about that event
Well they seemed to have reappeared. Just ordered one from the UK site.
